Bill Bloomberg has been a Realtor for eight years, a Broker for five years and started his company five years ago. He has extensive experience renting fine homes in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. He also developed and is teaching the Residential Leasing course on behalf of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors. The State is mandating that every Realtor take and pass a course on residential leasing. No other home rental company can offer you that experience coupled with the ability to team with thousands of other agents. Another mission of ours is helping the pets of families who rent homes that do not allow animals. Right when the need is greatest, funding for pet adoption centers is waning and tens of thousands of animals are being lost in Minnesota each year as a result.
